Card. Kasper holding the Talmud
In March 2006, while visiting Yeshiva University at Brooklyn, New York, a Jewish institute dedicated to the study of the Talmud, Card. Walter Kasper poses with rabbi Zevulun Charlop holding the Talmud, a central book of Judaism.
By such a symbolic action, the Cardinal implicitly endorses the Talmud, a book that contains all kinds of offenses against our Holy Faith and blasphemies against Our Lord and Our Lady.
Card. Kasper participated at the event at the Jewish institute as president of the Pontifical Council for Christian Unity and as a representative of Benedict XVI.
First photo below, Kasper and other Catholic Prelates guided by Charlop pass in front of the Yeshiva University; second row, arriving at the library to meet students of the Talmud.
