Churches transformed into gyms
We received the gif posted above from readers in Brazil. They informed us that these five churches are in Amsterdam and London, but did not specify whether they are Catholic or Protestant, or both.We do not hesitate, however, in affirming that this trend has taken over Catholic churches not only in these two European capitals, but all over the world.
It is ironic that while Vatican II preached the union of all religions around some few points they believe are held in common, what transpired was not a union in the faith, but a union in apostasy.
Indeed, led by Catholic religious authorities, the initiatives of ecumenism and secularization have caused the faithful to realize that religion is no longer taken seriously, and thus they abandoned their churches.
So then, what should be done with the empty buildings? They have been transformed into all kinds of profane institutions: gyms, hotels, restaurants, offices, even spas and swimming pools.
Yes, all this constitutes great profanations. We should make reparation for these sins. But let us have the courage to see the cause behind them. These desecrations of churches are due to the progressivist doctrines of adaptation of the Catholic Church to the modern world and the false religions.
It is always from the head down that the fish rots.
