St Egidio Orfanage

Sant'Egidio preschool has rainbow colors

Asilo Nido – Asylum's Nest – is a free daycare and preschool maintained by the Sant'Egidio community, which is perhaps the most dynamic Italian lay movement that promotes ecumenism in the Catholic Church. In parallel Sant'Egidio maintains several social works. Asilo Nido is one of them. It is located in Rome and is turned toward offering formation to the children of immigrants during the week so that their parents can work and make a living. Certainly, it is a praiseworthy work.

The problem is that this Asylum's Nest in Rome is called The Colors of Peace, above, and has adopted the rainbow colors for its logo. Now then, since the rainbow colors have become a symbol of the LGBT movement, such a logo directly or indirectly gives prestige to the homosexual movement.

Next, since this particular Asylum's Nest is experiencing financial difficulties, it is asking the city of Rome for funds. To support this request L'Osservatore Romano, the newspaper of the Holy See, published an interview with its director, Claudia Pratelli. The illustration for the article is the photo above.

So, now we not only have Sant'Egidio promoting the rainbow colors, but the organ of the Holy See as well.

We see that under the pontificate of Pope Francis, the Vatican does not lose a single opportunity or pretext to promote this vice against nature.
