Francis kneels but not before the Blessed Sacrament

It is remarkable the number of times that Pope Francis has not knelt before the Holy Sacrament. This lack of respect became blatant on March 27, 2020, in the ceremony of the Urbi et Orbi blessing.

As he received the Most Holy Sacrament in the atrium of the Vatican Basilica to bring It to the outdoor blessing, he did not kneel, as the full video released by the Vatican shows.

However, Pope Francis kneels with all naturality before Muslim immigrants, above, Italian inmates, below, Protestant African leaders, eighth row, a transgender tenth row. In the last row Card. Jorge Bergoglio kneels to receive the blessing of a Protestant minister.
