Mexican monsignor mimics Buddha
As the Buddhist influence increases in the spirituality of the Regular and Secular Clergy, it is becoming popular for progressivist Catholics to imitate poses of Buddha. This is what we see above, with Monsignor Carlos Alberto Cardona posing for a photo on his visit to Japan. Cardona is Episcopal Vicar of Huxquilucan in Mexico and also pastor of St. Jude Thaddeus Parish, below first row.
It is a way to promote Buddhism and wear down the natural restrictions Catholics have against it. It is also an indirect way to downplay the oneness of Our Lord Jesus Christ as Savior. By means of playful jokes like this one, the cult of Buddha is making its way and being accepted by the faithful as another door to reach eternal salvation.
Cardona is under the authority of the Archbishop of Tlalnepantla, Carlos Aguiar Retes. There is no chance that Archbishop Aguiar, second row left, will punish Cordona. He could have his career blocked by Francis, who is also promoting Buddhism, second row right.
This promotion of Buddhism is another poisonous fruit of Vatican II's inter-religious dialogue.
