Above we see a priest of the Neocatechumenal Way saying a Mass in Southern Italy. He wears the vestments of a rabbi. Below, he poses with a small group of attendees. We can see that he covered his head with a prayer shawl like the ones rabbis wear, and he also placed a seven branched menorah candelabra in the center of the table.
It is an example showing how Progressivism - of which the Neocatechumenal Way is clearly a branch - tends to merge with Judaism.
It is not surprising to see a large movement like the Neocatechumenal Way following this pathway when we have a Pope who pretends that the Jews are correct to await their false messiah. Indeed, when he was Prefect of the Congregation of the Doctrine of the Faith, Card. Ratzinger edited and wrote the preface for a book on the topic that completely changed the Catholic approach toward the Jewish religion. You can read an analysis of this book here.
