Decorum, Ecumenism & Francis’ Nightmare
About-Face Change in Life
TIA,
Re: Video on Our Lady of Good Success
You know, sometime after I gave my life to Christ I told Our LORD that I wanted to be martyred for Him. The answer was immediate: "No. Long life." Later, I was at Mass. A devil unlike any other that had tempted me before, came to me at the back of the church and whispered from behind "your friends have left you. Are you STILL going to believe in Him?" I thought the temptation to apostatize in the church didn't make any sense.
I was Novus Ordo, evangelicals helped me with issues I had in coming to Faith in Christ, and I was not choosing to be Catholic because if the scandal of no Faith amongst Catholics at my Catholic school. I was a mess. I didn't need to be an apostate to be in the hot seat.
But now, after the umpteenth time listening to this video, I think light is shining into my little brain. I have been seeking God since experiencing Him on May 15, 1985. I think the devil tried to destroy my heart. He almost did. But "a smouldering wick He will not quench, and a broken reed He will not break." The devil can't destroy Christ, but he can do a job on our minds and hearts. He almost got me, but God helped me to remember how to believe again. From a pew pagan to Traditionalist Catholic over 40 years.
Praise and glorify God with me for all He has done to save this sorry sack! Praise God! Praise Jesus in the Holy Sacrament of the altar! Praise Our Lady for her work in my life to be my mother!
Thank you for doing this work and providing these messages.
God bless you!

Francis’ Nightmare Continues
Dear TIA,
See this article from a reliable site (you never know what is fake news today). Here's what it says:
Leo XIV concluded the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity by declaring that different Christian faiths are already “one”: “We are one! We already are! Let us recognize it, experience it and make it visible!” Leo said this in his Sunday homily on the Feast of the Conversion of St. Paul at the Basilica of St. Paul outside the Walls in Rome.
I wish this were fake news, but it continues the Francis nightmare, maybe even worse.
Keep up your good work.

False Ecumenism
TIA,
Re: Leo Promotes False Ecumenism of Vatican II by Stephen Knox
Sadly, Mr. Knox is absolutely correct in his analysis of what Pope Leo "unfortunately" believes in regarding how he interprets & promotes Ecumenism - as did all the post-conciliar popes, which is clearly not in keeping with the teaching of the Church prior to Vatican II.
Let us pray that Pope Leo will eventually "come to his senses" and "cease and desist" promoting not just the "False Ecumenism of Vatican II" that contributed to the "rift" between countless Catholics following Vatican II, but also supporting the Novus Ordo (New Order) Mass "rejected" by Padre Pio, his close friend Fr. Gabriele Amorth and others as they knew the New Order Mass "jettisoned" many Church dogmas, teachings & traditions in the name of "aggiornamento" and "dialogue" with the world.
Padre Pio and Fr. Amorth were also aware of the fact that the main architect of the New Mass, Archbishop Annibale Bugnini, was an "active" Freemason working in concert with 6 of the most prominent Protestant ministers of his time to "craft" a New Mass for the Church, that would resemble a Protestant service, which was precisely what Pope Paul VI wanted as he told his good friend Jean Guitton, the only lay peritus at Vatican II.

Triumph of the Church
Dear TIA,
Salve Maria!
I thought you might enjoy contemplating this painting. I found it while trying to find pictures for a Bible stories lesson. It is called "The Triumph of the Church: Vessel of Mystical Contemplation". It is a colonial work from Mexico, expressing the Triumph of the Church. I found it here, and increased the vibrance, brightness and contrast in Photoshop.
On the sides I think are references to the Crusades (Constantinople and Damascus). At the top the Angels (unfortunately Baroque cherubs) carry the instruments of Our Lord's Passion. At the top of the sail, Our Lady and Our Lord sit, guiding the Church. In the middle rowing with the red curtain underneath them are the Doctors of the Church (Doctores Ecclesiae).
At the right side of the ship one sees St. Peter and the Apostles; in the middle, the founders of Religious Orders (Fundatores Religionum). At the left, one sees figures launching arrows, pikes, and fire at the little boat with heretics, who are trying to bring heresy into the Church (Navis Haereticorum). Drowning in the water are Luther, Arius, Calvin, Bessarion and Sabellius. In the little boat on the right are schismatics (Navis Schismaticorum).
I could not read all of the little inscriptions since the resolution is not great, but you get the general idea. At the bottom is a stone crushing people (or are they carrying it? Perhaps a cornerstone?)
It is a very rich painting filled with History and ecclesiastical symbolism. I thought you would appreciate it, since we pray daily: Pro Sancta Romana Ecclesia Supra Revolutionem Victoria.
In Jesu et Maria,

The reader commenting on Holiness and Posture reminded me of several videos by a priest that I have recently discovered teaching the full spectrum of the virtue of modesty. Father covers manners, dress, posture, and decorum as various facets of the virtue. One of the most interesting comments he makes is that egalitarianism corrupts this virtue.
Another video I have run across lately uncovers how during the French Revolution there was a concerted effort to be less cultivated, again, in the name of equality. To stand up straight and dress properly and not signs of scrupulosity, but indicate Christian culture and virtue.
Best regards,
K.S.
