In this dark night of the Catholic Church and Christendom, where the sun of the papacy is obscured, and the moon of the temporal leadership does not shine, the only light is the Star of Bethlehem, indicating that in the crib of that humble manger where the God-Infant was born, all hope is concentrated in the figure of His Mother, and the promise of her coming triumph.
