Walmart Dumps Diversity & Inclusion
Dear TIA,
Yes, a good reaction can come – surprisingly – from companies that normally promote evil. This November 25, the news broke that Walmart suspended its support for DEI – diversity, equity, inclusion – due to pressure from its customers.
It is an encouragement for us traditionalists and conservatives to speak out more often and louder.
Sincerely,
P.M.

Warrant Arrest for Netanyahu
TIA,
The International Criminal Court in Hague issued a warrant arrest for Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu charging him with genocide of the Palestine people in Gaza. The suit was initiated by the South African government and its final sentence was issued on November 21, as reported by the Washington Post.
Unfortunately, Israel and the U.S. are not under the jurisdiction of this Court, but more than 120 countries are, which means that Netanyahu cannot travel to those countries under risk of being arrested.
Some time ago the same Court issued a similar warrant for Putin, charging him with war crimes in Ukraine, what has greatly restricted his travelling ability.
Regards,
G.L.

Lady Helen Windsor
Dear TIA,
Ave Maria Purissima !
This is Lady Helen Windsor, pictured in the mid 1970s on her first day in a new Preparatory School. Lady Helen is a cousin once removed of the late Queen Elizabeth.
Lady Helen is holding a pair of Wellingtons which are clearly required as part of her school uniform. This pair have never been worn as she is holding them by the string which attaches the two boots. Of course, they are not for day to day use as Lady Helen would have been driven to and from school. Her boots would have been for field trips and for days in the yard when it might have rained or snowed.
Despite her Royal blood, Lady Helen, just like other little children, loved to receive a new pair of Wellingtons. It was the best part of returning to school in September. Even when as in my case, the "new" pair of wellingtons were hand me downs. This was the case for many children in Ireland. For many sadly, they could not even afford boots and went to school barefoot. God knows their sacrifices.
I love Lady Helen's face. Pure and innocent in her looks, she has a strength of character there which comes only from those of noble background. She is ready to face anything.
I am a great admirer of royalty. I regret in Ireland we revolted against British rule and the British Monarchy. My mother and the Holy Faith Sisters were great admirers also and, of course, influenced me greatly. They called the "freedom fighters" scoundrels who did not understand what they were doing.
In school we had elocution classes and were taught etiquette and manners for ladies. … I think that Royalty elevate a whole society and bring the lower and lower middle classes forward in manners and in dignity. They set a good tone for those less blessed . After all Christ is our King and Mary is Queen of Heaven and Earth. We are ruled by Monarchs, Thank God.
God bless you.
Yours sincerely

Gadgets’ Dangerous Radiation
Dear TIA,
Thank you and Olivia Cook for your article, “Study Shows: Cell Phone Radiation is Damaging.”
Robert Brown, MD a practicing radiologist and VP of scientific research and clinical affairs for the Environmental Health Trust, recently explained that some people may think this is “fringe science"; however, it really is the intersection of four scientific disciplines: medicine, biology, physics, and engineering.
There are, in fact, thousands of studies showing the radiation used in telecommunications (our cell phones, Wi-Fi routers, wireless utility meters, etc.) is damaging. One example of a large complication of scientific evidence is the evidence record in a recent court case, Environmental Health Trust et al v. FCC. The Environmental Health Trust, a scientific think tank devoted to this and related topics, filed over 10,000 pages of abstracts of peer reviewed studies showing the harm of this radiation.
The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit (Docket No. 20-1025) ruled on August 13,2021 that the FCC failed to respond to the record of evidence of harm, as well as questions pertaining to long term wireless exposure, impacts on children, testimony of people injured by wireless, impacts on wildlife and the environment and to the developing brain and reproduction.
Despite the substantial number of studies showing harm, people are unaware of the dangers and most unknowingly experience these biological effects, which include increased oxidative stress which can damage many body systems. The overwhelming majority of people do not notice any symptoms; however, about 3% do and 1% are severely affected. Some of us, perhaps someone sitting near you at Mass, may be in that percentage and they may be struggling to continue to attend Mass. Some people are no longer able to attend Mass because of this.
A smaller number, about 1%, are severely affected and may not even be able to attend Mass because of severe, or even potentially life-threatening, reactions including stroke and arrhythmias. Even though addressing these dangers can seem daunting, there are practical solutions to be had right at our fingertips. Simply turning off your phone when in Mass may potentially be a great act of fraternal charity to a fellow parishioner who may not otherwise be able to attend Mass.
Years ago, few people could imagine peanut butter causing harm to anyone. While the mechanisms of harm are different than peanut butter, the potential exists for a similar outcome. The graces of the Mass are critical for all of us, for our eternal salvation. A paper copy of the Missal rather than using a phone is safer for all, and if censorship expands and online missals disappear, a paper one will be a treasure to have.
As Oliva’s article noted, other gadgets also emit the same radiation, so exercising caution in what you bring to Mass (wireless ear buds, key finders, etc.) can be a beautiful act of charity that enables someone to remain at Church for the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

Salve Maria!
A taste for royalty and pomp and beauty still exists, as the English and tourists flock to see these marvels, a remnant of Catholic England in my opinion.
It makes me long for the restoration of merry England and the Isle of Mary.
Thought your readers would enjoy these Christmas views.
